TFT LCD Panel Size Guide

TFT LCD panel size guide: navigation category size ranges across TFT, touch, UART and system categories.

This size guide collects the navigation category size ranges from across this site into one reading page. It is a guide to browsing ranges, not a specification table, and not a single-model catalogue.

Every size range on this page carries the same note: these are navigation category size ranges, not single-model specifications. A size step that appears in a navigation category does not describe one finished model.

TFT and touch size ranges

TFT LCD panels are listed in the navigation category in steps including 1.3, 1.5, 2, 2.1, 2.4, 2.8, 3.5, 4, 4.3, 5, 7, 8, 10.1 and 10.4 inch steps. Capacitive touch panels are listed in steps of 2, 2.4, 2.8, 3.5, 4.3, 5, 7, 8, 10.4 and 15.6 inch. Resistive touch panels are listed in steps of 4.3, 7, 8 and 10.4 inch. These are navigation category size ranges, not single-model specifications.

Reading those three lists together shows why display and touch should be confirmed separately: the listed steps differ by category, so a display step does not automatically fix a touch step.

UART, system and video size ranges

COB UART LCD modules are listed from 1.3 inch to 21.5 inch in multiple steps, and COF UART LCD modules from 1.3 inch to 10.1 inch in multiple steps. T5L evaluation boards are listed from 3.5 inch to 10.1 inch in multiple steps. Android and Linux LCD modules are listed from 5 inch to 21.5 inch in multiple steps. These are navigation category size ranges, not single-model specifications.

Video LCD modules are listed as series categories: 26 Series steps from 4.3 inch to 10.4 inch, and 41 Series steps from 7 inch to 15 inch. IoT application categories are listed separately: Thermostat steps of 4 and 4.1 inch, and Wire Controller steps of 4, 4.1, 7 and 10.1 inch. These are navigation category size ranges, not single-model specifications.

How to use a size range in an enquiry

Use a size range to narrow the enquiry, then ask the supplier to confirm the applicable details. A useful enquiry names the category, the size range and the touch or system type, and asks for written confirmation before ordering. That structure works for every category on this site.

Do not convert a navigation size step into a model claim in your own documents. If a document needs a model specification, that specification should come from the supplier's written confirmation, not from this guide.

Before ordering: Please confirm minimum order quantity, lead time and warranty terms before ordering. Please also confirm the applicable category, size range and touch type for your project.
